Our management team and board of directors comprise professionals who are committed to human rights based principles with expertise in Gender EquityAdvocacy, Women’s Justice andEmpowerment Project Implementation, Sexual and Reproductive Rights,International Development, Public Health, Corporate Law, Financial Management and Enterprise Risk Management.
The management team will be supported by:
Shelter Director: Responsible for ensuring services are advocacy based and client centred, legal and grant requirements are met, proper documentation is kept, and accurate reports are generated.
Social Workers: Two salaried social workers sourced from Department of Social Welfare and with experience handling domestic violence cases.
Finance and Admin Manager: Responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable, support for event coordination, payroll/processing and general office administrative work. Live in Matron: Trained employee residing in the Pearl Safe Haven ensuring quick emergency response time and around-the-clock care for the survivors in the shelter.
